  CHAIRMAN KELLY  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order           
 at 10:53 a.m., and noted the presence of Senators Leman, Togerson,            
 Duncan and Kelly.                                                             
                                                                               
  CHAIRMAN KELLY  brought  SB 3  (MINOR'S CURFEW VIOLATIONS) before the        
 committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of            
 the committee.                                                                
                                                                               
  SENATOR LEMAN  moved SB 3 be approved for calendaring at the                 
 discretion of the Chair.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
